Fried almonds with salt

Frequent consumption of almonds can help reduce “bad” cholesterol in the blood, by increasing “good” cholesterol.

Because of their high of vitamin E content, almonds provide an extra dose of antioxidants and so play an important role in preventing heart disease and cancer.
